My Poll is Not Working

  I am just using the basic create a poll function on wordpress, which I have used before with no difficulty.
  This time I have created a poll selecting the Multiple answer option. I also selected the limitless option. However, when I published the poll it would only let people choose one option. I then tried using a fixed option of 40, but again it would not work.
  Please could someone tell me how to solve this problem.
  I am on a bit of a deadline so a quick solution would be appreciated.
