My post was dated with the day I started my draft instead of the publish date

  Why did my post get dated with the date I started my draft and not the date I actually published it. For example I started a draft on Friday and then posted it today. The date of the post if Friday’s — it should be today dates.

  That’s the way it works. You’ll have to change the date under Edit in the sidebar.
