My posts/ blog page has disappeared.

  Hi there. I use the Forever Theme. I have chosen to have a static front page to my wordpress site http://jess-hall.com. I used to have a tab titled ‘News’ which was the page that displayed my posts/ blog. This tab has disappeared from my page. Please advise me how to re-instate it. Many thanks, Jess
