My Premium payment vanished during chat session, help!

1. I had a WP site
2. I forgot it for a long time
3. I discovered the WP site AFTER I paid Premium on the new one.
4. Support helped me and was wonderful except. They sent my payment to a site called resilience.wordpress.com but mine was a total diff name but with a page with heading resilience on for an article I wanted to discuss but no link, just the title….what to do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’re posting here as the username, kikkibrill. This username only owns one site on WordPress.com, http://kikkibrill.wordpress.com/, has never purchased any upgrades from us, and there are no support tickets besides this forum thread in your support history.
The site, https://resilience.wordpress.com/, belongs to a completely different username. That site has been inactive for years, owns no upgrades, and I also see no support tickets or payment requests related to that site.
What is the URL of the site you need help with, and what is the username you were logged into when you contacted support? Did you contact support via https://wordpress.com/help/contact or via another link?

Hi Kokkieh, I have a pic of the entire chat with your helpful customer support staff but this is a public place so I cannot send it here. The non-existent site after the chat was called kbrillnorway.wordpress.com and was given a premium. Troubler started when trying to make a domain and the page told me this name already exists, as I am pretty sure no one has my name, I checked and ouch, there it was, the good old wordpress I had forgotten I had since 2012. So as the chat can show if I may get a secure WP support link from you your staff said: Ok, I have moved your premium payment to the old one so you can delete the new WP. I will check my bank transfers then and see if the payment was cancelled or not to avoid paying for the product twice. Thank you so much for help and do send a link so I can send the log from my chat with WPstaff so everybody is satisfied with what solution we end up with, me paying again or someone finding my first payment after all by looking at chat log :) Thank you in advance

That site is not non-existent. I can load that site in my browser just fine. It’s currently empty, but it’s active. It had a Premium Plan applied, but that plan was removed by a Happiness Engineer two days ago and moved to the site, http://resiliens.wordpress.com/, instead.
Both sites and the premium plan belongs to the username resiliens, who had a live chat with us on 13 February.
In other words, you are logged into the wrong account. Log out of the kikkibrill account and log back in as the username, resiliens, and you’ll see your site with the plan there.

Oh! How strange. I didnt know it was resiliens as adress, just thought it was the title I once used when studying resiliens. Let me see then. The site kibrillnorway was supposed to be closed off. I will try to merge right name with right plan then and see if I manage.

The resilience site you link to overhere is belonging to someone else. Must be a bug or mistake, I do not own that site from 🇩🇰!

kikkibrill.wordpress.com belongs to the username you’re using to post here in this thread, kikkibrill. There has never been any upgrades purchased for that site or this account, and you’ve never had a live chat with us using this account.
The site, kbrillnorway.wordpress.com belongs to the username, resiliens. It was transferred to that username by the account kbrillnorway two days ago.
Are you saying you don’t have access to the resiliens username? That would mean you transferred ownership of your site to someone else, and asked us to move your upgrades to that person’s account as well.
Before I can try and fix this, I’ll need you to comment here as the kbrillnorway account, as the kikkibrill account has no association with that site and upgrades whatsoever, and I cannot take any action at this account’s request.

KBRILLNORWAY is deleted AFTER the chat ended as I thought the premium pay had been transferred to kikkibrill.wordpress.com which I have had since August 2012. The link resiliens you provided further up in this thread http//resilience.wordpress.com does not belong to me. I only have this account which I write from. If you click on resilience link you provided further up in this thread, you will see danish language, probablyfor teaching or student but certainly not me, I am Norwegian. So that means the person helping me sent my premium to the owner of the site which I do not know whom are and not to my account from 2012, let me provide you with the chat so you may see who said what and about which site. The kbrillnorway account is not deleted as it is impossible to delete a WordPress.com username account. That account is active and still connected to the same email address that was used to set it up three weeks ago.
I believe you that you don’t own that site, but the plan was transferred to the resiliens username at the request of kbrillnorway, so we can only attempt to reverse this if confirmation once again comes from kbrillnorway.
Go to https://wordpress.com/me/ and click the button that says Sign Out.
Then click on log in and log in using the kbrillnorway username and the password you had set for that account.
Then come back to this thread and comment to confirm that we need to move the kbrillnorway.wordpress.com site and premium plan back to your account.

Hello, I am now logged into kbrillnorway.wordpress. com, the site I recently made since I had forgotten all about the 2012 account carrying my name kikkibrill.wordpress.com. Since I am planning to use it with a premium plus domain I would love to have kbrillnorway.wordpress.com getting back the premium from the unknown owner of resilience.wordpress.com whom I dont know and apologize to the supporthelp that I did not know of another site with a http// wpcom named recilience which I gave as a title on my first written page in kikkibrill.wordpress.com to describe content in my themes. I am happy there is a solution now and wait for instructions or whatever you need to prove I am who I am om both kbrillnorway and on kikkibrill. Thank you in advance, Kikki Brill

So, to be quite sure: When support has taken back the payment from the recilience site belonging to someone in Denmark anno 2007, it will go back to kbrillnorway.wordpress.com. Then, please transfer the premium to the kikkibrill.wordpress.com account so I can make kbrillnorway account inactive as I intend to only use the kikkibrill.wordpress.com. I am not describing it anymore as about resilience only, as I am freelance writer and will use it for different purposes to make my name known for those interested in my kind of prosa or novels. Thank you for confirming using the correct account.
We’ve moved the site, kbrillnorway.wordpress.com, back to your kbrillnorway username.
I’ve cancelled the plan you bought for that site, and added credits to your kikkibrill instead. Please log out of kbrillnorway and log back in as kikkibrill. Then go to My Site ->Plans and select the Premium Plan. On the checkout page it will let you pay with credits, so your card will not be charged a second time.
