My Premium Subscription didn't transfer

Hi, I asked to have my premium subscription transferred to my other user name. It did not happen. I purchased Premium in March of 2014 and should still have a month left.
Please advise to (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have changed jobs and no longer have access to the original email address I purchased premium with.
