My premium theme is not displaying properly.
I have a new unused blog that I am setting up for my wife, cakeandink.wordpress.com. I purchased the premium theme Pretty Young Thing and it looks fine when you choose Live Preview but when you apply it is completely broken.
Please help me fix issue.

For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
