My published post have been automatically deleted

  The last 10-12 posts that I’ve posted in the last 2 weeks have been deleted automatically, and they are not even in the trash folder. They are deleted today, so you can’t say the trash go empty in 30 days and face such glitches for the second time. We are two teammates running this blog and no one of us has done this. What type of software this BIRDPRESS is, where posts fly on their own. Seeking help from admins…
