my readers have complained they are not getting emails with my new posts

  Readers not getting updates via email

  Hi there, i’ve received feedback from people that have subscribed to my blog stating they do not receive my email updates when i share a new post.

  Is there anything that you can recommend?

  Hi there,

  Can you please give me the email addresses of some of the people who aren’t receiving updates? (You can reply here with those email addresses, and they will be hidden from everyone except staff.) I can use that information to check and see what’s going on.

  Hi there,

  I checked that email in our system, and that person has blocked emails from WordPress.com. That means at some point they told us not to send them emails, which is why they aren’t getting updates from your blog.

  There isn’t a WordPress.com account attached to that email address, so the person who owns the address can manage their subscription settings (and unblock emails from WordPress.com) here: https://subscribe.wordpress.com/

  They can enter the email address under “Manage Your Subscriptions” and they’ll receive instructions for changing their settings. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
