I still have not received my refund from my purchase . How can we spend the process

I’ve checked your account and we issued a refund for your plan on 29-Mar-2017.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although this time can vary slightly depending on your bank and their processing time.
You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
The money has been sent from our end so if you haven’t received it in a couple of days I’d recommend contacting your bank. They can use the transaction ID on the refund receipt to find the refund in their system.

Nothing is in my account from you guys. It’s been 7 days..my bank says there is nothing showing pending from you all at word press. I need to speak to someone. Do you all have contact number

Hi there,
I’ve spoken to our payments department about your refund and they mentioned it can occasionally take up to 15 days to receive. Today marks 7 business days since the refund was issued so you should see it in your account next week.
Banks will sometimes remove the original charge from your statement when they receive a refund — rather than showing it as a credit. It would be worth checking to see if the original charge is still listed.
For now, keep an eye on your account and keep me updated with how you get on. We don’t have a phone number but if you need anything, you can just reply here :)

How is it the first time I was told you spoke with them and it takes 7 days which makes sense now it’s 15 days..? Ok please inform your source at 15 day mark of its not in my account I will take further proceeding against the company. Thanks

In most cases refunds are credited in 7 days, which is why I quoted this timeframe in my original reply. Once the refund has been sent from our end, the bank needs time to receive and process the money into your account — this is where the amount of time can vary slightly.
