My refund

    Hello
    On February 2, 2017, it was confirmed that I have been able to successfully cancel my wordpress purchase and as told the following:

    £179.00 refunded in Transaction ID:[redacted]. It can take 10-15 days for some banks to issue the full refund.

    I have not received by refund to date. could you please explain why

    Hi there,

    This is a public forum. Please don’t post sensitive information like transaction IDs here, as that can be used by someone to gain access to your account.

    The refund was issued by us on 13 February. There were no transactions on your account on 2 February.

    If you have not received the refund yet, please follow up with your bank, as it’s their processing times that are causing the delay. On our end the refund was processed the moment you received the receipt, but we have no control over how long banks take to return the funds to your account.
