My refund has not be credited

    I bought the backup upgrade for jetpack but it wasn’t working for me i canceled and asked for refund on 13 of feb it was suppose to back credited into by account yesterday 7 -10 day

    Howdy,

    I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-02-13 . So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

    I would encourage you to contact your financial institution and ask them what has happened. Once we process the refund on our end, things are mostly out of our hands and into the banks.
