  I have cancelled domain and subscription but refund not yet come.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We issued your refund on 16 June. You can see a receipt for that here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If you haven’t received that yet, the problem is with your bank or credit card company’s processing of the refund on their end, so please contact them directly for help with this. We no longer have any control over those funds.
