My registered e-mail adress doesn´t work

    I can´t lock in. Our URL ist: http://www.wohnzimmer-hildesheim.de
    I locked in about 3 years ago, I think.
    Now I can´t log in, so I thought, that my password was not correct. I sent “new passoword”- Mail by using my username. I e-mail was sent. But get no e-mail on my emailadress. So I thought, ok, then check, if I forgot my e-mailadress, what ist difficult, because I only have 2 e-mailadresses. So I went to the site “account restore” and choose “I don´t know my e-mail adress or username”. Unfortunately I don´t have a Transaction ID, an acitvation URL-key nor a 2 level authenification.
    So for me, it es a big mess. I can´t change the stuff on my website. There are information which are completely wrong, and in Germany I have to keep it correctly by law. So, how can I get to my site, my dashbord, or at least how could I delete the domain or website. This would be better than what it is now. Thank you!

    in addition. I used this old login-website to use this forum. I didn´t find any other help in the internet.
    This ist just a private account-site.

    Ok, I find a solution for the moment and forwarded my website to another website of mine. So for the moment ok, but still, how can I log in to my wordpress dashboard and my account. Thanks so much and excuse me for my english mistakes.

    Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using https://barliebe.de/wp-admin/ to log in?

    If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

    Then, if you need more help, head to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support , since these forums are for the free sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Here’s the difference between our services and your installation of WordPress with another host:
