My robertburnsii.com website is not directing properly

Hello. I just renewed all of my domain hosting with WordPress just under two months ago (see below transactions and fees charged to my credit card. See below exchange from that day with ‘Chrissie,’ one of your Happiness Engineers.
My issue is something is very wrong with my website, http://www.robertburnsii.com. At first glance, it appears to either have been Hacked (I don’t recognize anything I see), or someone else still has control of the domain. I am not an expert with this, so I don’t know how to better describe. All I know is, I’m a WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER and right now, http://www.robertburnsii.com is not showing my business website, and so I am losing money. This is an urgent situation that I need fixed asap.
I thought I had renewed everything and paid to redeem my website, what is happening and can you fix this today? Thanks.
