my sidebar widget option disappeared…

  UGH! My sidebar widgets disappeared and when I go to Widgets it only gives me the Foot Widget option. I want sidebar widgets….what did I do that made the option disappear? How do I get the sidebar widget option back?

  I think you have changed themes because I clearly see a sidebar on this blog > http://beckymacksblog.wordpress.com/ and not all themes display sidebars on every page in the blog.
