  Hi, I recently purchased a subscription to begin creating with Elementor, but I am unsatisfied. I’d like to cancel my account and get my money back.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from. Did you purchase that subscription from Elementor themselves?
