My site crashed during Upload of new website!?!?!

  Hey I need some help if thats cool, slightly freeking out!!! I was using All in one Plug in to upload a website i created for a client, the site crashed while uploading now i cant even log into the admin or anything, It keeps saying error connection timed out!?!! Any suggestions would be awesome please help….
