My site crashed when I tried changing my home page

    I was trying to make my ‘about me’ page the home page of my blog site. I went to settings > General > and changed the URLs. After I did that, I was getting a 500 Internal Error. Now my webpage loads but the formatting/theme are scrambled and my admin dashboard looks different and is much more limited. My original domain URL was nickrosedls.com.

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    What is the new URL. A 500 error sounds like something isn’t loading and you would need to run a search and replace to rectify that.

    nickrosedls.com isn’t hosted with WordPress.com so we may not be able to assist with this site.
