My site does not open

    On April 26 my wordpress site catherinecroll.com stopped opening

    I have been traveling in China and just thought the site was blocked

    BUT it definitely doesn’t open the last stats show a single view on April 26 … There is nothing since then

    All of the data is there and I have 6 months left on my subscription

    Can you see what the problem is?????

    Hi Catherine,

    That’s very strange! There’s no problem on our end with your domain mapping upgrade for catherinecroll.com.

    However, I noticed that for some reason your domain doesn’t currently have any name servers set. Your domain needs to use the WordPress.com name servers to make it point to your WordPress.com site:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    Can you please contact your domain registrar to check on that? They can help you re-enter the name servers you need. It looks like your registrar is Tucows Domains.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
