My site does not show up on my WordPress account

  When I log into my WordPress account and try to open my site that I have had since December 2019, I get a message saying I do not have any sites yet. I renewed payment on Dec 6 2020.

  We have absolutely no history of sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  Hi there,

  I do not see any sites under your @lindaheartproperties WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  I can confirm that heartproperties.co.uk is a site that is hosted under our service, but it is under a different login (username and password) than your @lindaheartproperties account.

  Do you recall how to log in to your other account? If so you can log out of this one and log into your other account, and then you will see your heartproperties.co.uk site.

  I’m finding this extremely frustrating. I have only ever had one login for WordPress. I have reset my password but still haven’t got anywhere. Please can you do something to allow me to access my site heartproperties.co.uk. Thank you.

  I assure you that heartproperties.co.uk is under a different username, and not your lindaheartproperties login. However we are not able to help further here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

  This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.
