  My site goes down monthly without fail.
  I’ve contacted Site Ground and all automatic updates are off.
  They suggest it is my website either doing automatic updates or plugins.
  I have no idea how to rectify this and my web designer does not work anymore.
  PLEASE HELP – as this is a monthly issue.
