My site has a 500 http error

  Hi there, I had an external vendor upload a theme on the site (Towy) and now the site has a 500 Http error. I do not have access to the FTP files. Is there anything I can do to access this site?

  Hi – What’s the site URL? Is it with WordPress.com or running a stand alone WordPress installation?
