My site has been Hacked

    Hello,

My website matthansonracing.com has obviously been hacked. I found out yesterday when I received a red screen saying google noticed a deceptive site. I was able to click ‘visit the unsafe website’ yesterday and it would take me to the site. I logged into WP and deleted a user which I did not authorize and also deleted all of the blog posts that they had added. I changed my password as well. However, this did not remove the ‘phishing’ label.

I returned to troubleshoot more today, and I am completely locked out of the site. I cannot visit the site and cannot log in to the WP dashboard. If I try to go to either it says ‘not found’ and the following message: Apache/2.2.22 (Linux) Server at Port 80

Quite a frustrating situation, can anyone point me in the direction I should go? Everything I am finding says I need to be able to log into the dashboard and install a plug-in…but I cannot log in to the dashboard. I’m completely lost.
