My Site has crashed and no one will help!

  I am extremely frustrated with worpress.com right now, I have sent in 2 issues over and hour old and no response. I have spent over $200 with you and there is no phone support? I went through wordpress because of it’s ease, not because I am able to fix major computer problems, I am here to blog and post content, not fix technical issues. My site is not working. Please help me fix it immediately. It does not load, why?!?!?!?
