A year ago I bought a WordPress plan and I create my site, but its not working anymore, can you please help me?

Im not a programmer so I don’t understand so much

Dis you have a website on that plan you had purchased? If so may you please share the URL of the website?

Please also note that all plans renew after a year hence if it has been longer than a year since your last purchase the plan might have expired along with other features that may have been made possible due to the plan. But let us not get ahead of ourselves justst yet, please share the URL of the website that was on the plan, and in the meantime ill tag your thread for staff attention.
