My site is blocked

    Hello team, I’m kindly asking for your help regarding the following issue:
    Let’s start with the beginning of my site in order to make everything clear.
    On October 2021 I’ve decided to create my free website via ProFreeHosting. I linked it to WordPress and everything went fine. I’ve built my website as I wanted, I spent a lot of time, hope and energy building it.
    I’ve bought a domain via GoDaddy and everything was fine.
    Two days ago I decided to secure my website via Cloudflare. As requested I’ve changed the DNS nameservers in GoDaddy. I waited for a few hours but the ”http” from the URL didn’t change to ”https” as it should have after securing my website.
    Here is the moment when I think I’ve done the biggest mistake that blocked my site:
    I have modified the URL name in WordPress, I’ve changed the name URL to ”https://triunfoagency.com”.
    After saving the changes, the site crashed and now I’m not able to access it, or to access the admin page.
    I have contacted GoDaddy in order to solve the situation, but from their side, everything is correct, the DNS nameservers successfully changed.

    I respectfully request your help regarding this matter as I’m not able to access my site.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
