  My site is showing the message The site is experiencing technical difficulties. When I try to go to my page it shows Please check admin email inbox for instructions. I did not receive an email.

  This is not a typical wordpress.com error but rather a problem with a site using the open source wordpress.org. their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
