My site is down

    Hello, this morning I updated the Elementor plugin (I am not sure if it’s related though) and a few minutes after, my homepage’s design was off and moved around.

    A couple hours later, trying to log into my site (www.thepocketjournal.com) I discovered it’s not loading and there’s only a blank page.

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress;com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. To solve this problem you must post your question in the forums at wordpress.org

    I’m confused. I’ve logged into my wordpress admin panel through wordpress.com . I have tried logging into wordpress.org and it says there’s no username with my email, so from those to things I am assuming that my site is in wordpress.com, no?

    Your site was connected to your wordpress.com account through the Jetpack plugin.
    If you want to post a question in the wordpress.org forum, you must create an account.
