  My site is down. The host says the problem is with WordPress. Specifically, wordpress system file – wp-includes/load.php

  Jetpack: Unknown
  Correct account: Unknown

  We can’t help ypu as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. Their forums are at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Thank you for the reply. However I do not understand. WordPress.org has no record of any email address to log in. WordPress.com does. WordPress.com allows me to log in, but it seems like a brand new account.
  
  I have had a website since 2020 with WordPress. I have the transaction history of my website and from the app “Translate Press” that I had user and renewed licenses for, that uses the same login email that I used to be able to log into my dashboard with. However sometime within the last 2 months, my website is gone despite having not touched it.
  
  Is there a support person that I can speak with 1-1 in a private manner, either by live chat, or email?

  What you write just confirms your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org.

  We can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform. As this isn’t the case, you must register on the wordpress.org forums and post your question over there.
