My site isn’t loading on multiple devices, and when I go to log in to the admin end, it is not even loading that. Help!

It looks like you’re in the wrong forum. I suspect that you’re using the open-source WordPress software for your website and not WordPress.com itself. Therefore you’ll need to seek help at these forums:
