I am trying to access my site and it takes me to another site. When I logged in to wordpress, I got an error message saying the site could not be accessed. When I went to my profile the email address associated with my account is not correct. I have no idea who or what (email visible only to moderators and staff) is. Our email address is thesdabj.org.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, http://www.sdabj.org is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.

Just to clarify, you should be logging into that site here:
http://www.sdabj.org/wp-login.php
You should not be logging into WordPress.com to edit sdabj.org.
