  Hi there, what site is that? The one you’ve linked to is up and running but hasn’t had any new entries in the last year.

  If by chance you are talking about a site using the standalone WordPress (org) software, you’ll want to post at the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support or the support forum for the plugin that is causing the issue. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page. I also suggest searching the forums there for a similar issue before posting.
