  Why is there no phone support? I tried to contact someone 5 hours ago regarding this issue, and have yet to get a response. Time is money…

  There are no WordPress.com upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user that you are posting with.

  Could you have a second WordPress.com user account? What is the URL of the domain in question?
