My Site is Experiencing Technical Issues

    I have been working on trying to get my site working properly again for months now. Tried to use my PHPmyadmin login through Go Daddy to deactivate my plugin and tehems and still nothing is working. Instead of the ‘this site is experiencing technical issues’ to a blank white screen. I am beyond frustrated and worried I will lose everything. I would truly love any direction or guidance you can give, thank you so so much in advance!
