MY site is expiring but a bigger issue

  I had an admin set this up for me and have never been able to access it to finish as I fired her upon finding out about some big transgressions. I would love to finish this site up with another person but have no access to the back end of my own site. Before I let it go I am posing this question? Is it possible? Thank you.
