  I couldn’t de bug the jetpack on my site and now it’s gone. Its says I have no sites yet I am paying through Bluehost for a site. Where did my site go?

  If the site is hosted via Bluehost it would not be be with WordPress.com and you would need to contact Bluehost support: http://www.bluehost.com/help
