My site is gone when I log in
-
Hi
I have this site: http://www.klanglivet.dk – it has been working perfect. I hvae not been editing for a long time, and now when I log in, on my account, I get the message that I dont have a site? But I have built the other site. I hope you can help? -

Hi there,
Are you sure you typed the domain name right? I can’t find any records of that domain ever associated with a site hosted on WordPress.com.

My domain name is correct. You can find my page klangilivet.dk
Yesterday I succeeded in changing password and I found the dashboard with all my text, pictures etc. I even updated to the latest version.
I logged out, and when I logged in again I got the previous message, that I had not started to make my homepage yet.
At the same time, I can see, that my page was started may 2019.So I really don’t understand, why you cant find me???
I use the free version, is there a problem with that?
I really need to make my homepage work now, so I strongly hope, that you can solve the problems now.
Best regards

First you said klanglivet.dk, now it seems to be klangilivet.dk. that site is up and running. It uses the open source wordpress.org but doesn’t seem to be connected to a wordpress.com account.
You must login through https://klangilivet.dk/wp-admin/ -
Hi Astrid, looks like there was a typo in your first message.
In any case, the site klangilivet.dk is not hosted with WordPress.com; that’s why you do not see it under your account. To access it, you will want to go to klangilivet.dk/wp-admin.To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this support page:

I hope that helps :)
