  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   My wordpress site says that I have a savoryandthyme.wordpress.com site and a savoryandthyme.org site. What does that even mean? I pay bluehost and attempted to set up a .org site. What is my sites address and url site and what is savoryandthyme.wordpress.com and the savory.org?

  I need answers. Please help answer these basic questions.Thank you so much,

  Those are two completely separate sites.

  savoryandthyme.wordpress.com is a WordPress.com site that your account created two weeks ago, and it is completely empty.

  savoryandthyme.org is a site using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, is hosted on Bluehost’s servers. That site was connected to your WordPress.com account via a plugin called Jetpack, but it looks like you disconnected it around seven hours ago, so at the moment there is no connection at all between that site and WordPress.com.

  We cannot help with savoryandthyme.org in this forum, as that site is not hosted on our servers, nor is it using our version of the WordPress software. Support for your version of WordPress is provided by the WordPress.org community at the link my colleague gave you above.
