My site is in critical condition and I cannot access it.
-
I have been waiting for the link to be sent again from WordPress that I can click on to restore my site but I’ve been looking for the past week and a half and haven’t gotten one. I could not use the old links that were sent because it expires in a day. I need help! Since I can’t contact anyone directly I’ve been struggling to find the answers to how I can restore my site. I tried using the myPHP thing but the directions did not match what I was seeing in front of me.
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host hollyburnsdancept.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at Bluehost. As a result we are not able to offer backups and historical data for sites hosted elsewhere. Of course, we would love to host your site here, where we we are happy to help further. But as it stands now, we can’t assist.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.
The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting Bluehost for further assistance since they are in the best position to help. Thanks!
