My site is jacked! need help ASAP

    My domain mapping is expiring and it’s not recognizing anything about me. It says I have no sites, no billing history, etc. and have had WordPress for 10+ years. I moved my janicecuban.com site over but I still need to have domain mapping in case folks click on an old post. I also have another site on here random musings.

    Please research what the heck is going on and let me know thanks.

    I’m seeing a purchase history associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from that does back 7+ years. I’m also seeing that, as you note, your domain mapping upgrade expires soon (2020-12-01).

    You should be able to renew it by going to “Manage Purchases”:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
