My site is not allowing me access. Tried changing my password, that did nothing. I also realized there are two sites under ‘my sites’, both named the same????

I have no idea why there are two sites both under the same name. One site will allow me access, but the other site, which is the one that is most up to date and the one I need to access to, will not allow me access. I already went thru the steps of changing my account password, that did not help. Really hoping someone has some helpful info! Thank you in advance!!
