my site is not opening

  Hello,
  my blog which has premium service is not opening. I’ve been noticing it for two months. I open a link to my blog which is llifestyleblog.com and I can’t see it. I really worry that my other viewers also cannot see it. How do you fix it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Mariya,

  I just checked your blog and was able to open it using this link:

  http://llifestyleblog.com/

  Is that not working for you? If it isn’t working, do you see a specific error message when you visit that link? If you can copy and paste the error message that will help me investigate this for you. :)

  It says:

  Safari can’t open the page “llifestyleblog.com” because the serves where this page is located isn’t responding.

  Occasionally it works, but not always. And some of my friends also complained that the link is not opening

  Hi Mariya,

  Thanks for letting me know. It sounds like there is a connection issue somewhere between your computer and the WordPress.com servers. (WordPress.com uses servers around the world to host your content.)

  Can you please try opening the following three links to see if they work for you? If you get an error message or have other problems with it, please let me know:

  • https://wordpress.com/
  • http://s1.wp.com/
  • http://sat.wordpress.com/

  Also, have you tried visiting your site from a different computer or a different location to see if it works for you that way? (For example, if you have trouble visiting your site when you’re at home, you can try visiting your site while at a library or a coffee shop.)

  Thank you for your help.

  I do not know what’s wrong, seems like this particular link doesn’t work for my country
  I asked my friends from my country to open my site now and they also cannot open it.
  I can open the links that you gave me. And also I can open my other blogs like https://mariagrinina.wordpress.com

  Hi Mariya,

  What country are you in? Also, what internet service provider do you use? (And do your friends have the same internet service provider?)

  It’s possible something within your country, like your internet provider, is blocking access to your site. I can help you troubleshoot that issue to try to find out where it’s being blocked, if you’d like.

  I am in Kazakhstan. Me and my friends have different internet service providers, but I’ll try to contact mine and ask them what is happening

  Ah, ok. Some internet providers in Kazakhstan may block access to some WordPress.com sites. Can you let me know what your internet provider tells you? We may be able to help sort it out so you can access your site, if we know more details about how or why your site is being blocked.
