My site is paralyzed and the hosting is no help

  A few weeks ago a WP plugin update paralyzed my site with this error ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’

  The host Im using cant find a record of my site they’ve been hosting for a decade and Ive tried everything. I just need a way to shut down all plugins on the site so I can access my WP dashboard.

  Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your site. I’d suggest asking for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Folks there have more experience with WordPress sites like yours. Here, we can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com and things do not work the same on these.
