My Site is Shown Different than it Shows On the Browser I’m Making it On

Hi, I’m just noticing after swapping the browsers to look at things; even on Brave mobile site looks as it does when creating. When I use Opera, Chrome, or Edge, it shows a site map above my entire site, the header is completely going and scales my site I’d say nearly 30% smaller horizontally. This is likely how most people have viewed my site, if it looked that terrible I would not scroll down personally. Just curious as to what the issue is. I’m using one of your themes, I’ve tried removing the g code in the header and it replacing, I cannot get it to lower but it looks good while I’m building it. Please help, this was very aggravating to see. Now I’m seeing this a community post, thought I’d get a direct email or form. https://rah10corez.io is my page and WP is my editor, Press Book Grid Dark is the theme. I appreciate any help that I can get with this issue.

  • Hey there, we aren’t able to help as much with sites that don’t use our services, and I noticed it isn’t using our themes either. Here’s what I’d recommend, though:

Use Healthcheck to see whether you have the same problems with a default theme:

    Health Check & Troubleshooting

It will let you switch themes as an admin, just for you, without affecting the live site. So you’ll need to log in with each browser you want to test.

If the problem happens with another theme and any browser, it’s likely some plugin, so you can start deactivating those (again, not on the live site) one at a time to troubleshoot. When you spot the culprit, you can contact their support directly.

Also: you mentioned scale. Maybe make sure to press ctrl and 0 to ensure all browsers are at their default text size. You can change it with ctrl+ or ctrl- if needed. Or, command instead of control if you’re on a Mac.

Going forward, these forums are primarily for site that use our free tier hosting. Our paid managed hosting plans get direct support so long as you’re logged into the right account. This summary explains the difference between the free WordPress software and our managed hosting at WordPress.com.

There is another set of forums for the free WordPress software:
    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

And those forums contain sub-forums for free themes and plugins, too, like this one:

    I hope this helps!
