  Your site hasn’t been suspended, you just have a problem with your database. You must contact your hosting.

  ‘Yes your website will not work if the database is not uploaded.
  Could you ask the backup from your developer? If there is no backup I need to check the backup from server end’

  Do I have a backup on my site??
