My site isn't available

  I cannot access the site turnlymegreen.co.uk. We bought domain forwarding and it is still valid.

  I can access the admin area but the site doesn’t show up. It times out when we try and access it. We also tried both the wordpress domain i.e. turnlymegreen.wordpress.com and the same thing happens.

  Is the WordPress hosting system down? I have another site which works perfectly and other blogs I follow on WordPress.com are still available.

  Thanks for any help you give. It’s a bit of a mystery so far.

  After purchasing WordPress.com’s annually renewable domain mapping upgrade, did you follow these instructions to point your existing domain nameservers to your WordPress.com site? http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Hi Just Jennifer,

  Thanks for your reply, yes we had everything set up properly and working perfectly. It worked for months. Then two days ago the site just became unreachable/unavailable.

  Is there a WordPress host support service anywhere?

  Thanks again JustJennifer. I guess we will have to try other avenues to fix this.

  It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=turnlymegreen.co.uk

  Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
