My Site, Manage Purchases do not load

    Hello,

    I have a WordPress account and was using it as a blog for an external website, however, I have since decided to exclusively use WordPress as my site host but have run into some issues upgrading my plan. Once logged in, I click on my profile, and then ‘Manage Purchases’ in the left side bar. Once I get to the Purchases page, though, clicking on the ‘Upgrade Now’ button doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried right clicking and opening the page in a new tab, and I’m able to get to a new page where options such as ‘View Site,’ and ‘Customize’ are visible. However, WordPress seems to be stuck. ‘Loading My sites…’ appears in the upper left hand corner, but nothing ever loads. Clicking ‘View Site’ yields no results either. I thought perhaps this was simply an issue with my browser (Safari), so I tried both Chrome and Firefox but get the same results. Is this an issue on WordPress’s end, or am I doing something wrong?     Hi there,

    The Manage Purchases page is for managing existing purchases. If you want to buy a plan you need to go to My Site ->Plans instead.

    What site are you trying to upgrade? Your account shows you bought and then cancelled a Premium Plan for michaelcoenphotographydotcom.wordpress.com
