My Site Stats are Gone

Where are my site stats? When I follow your directions, to find it, I get this message:
You don’t appear to have any blogs yet, why not start one?I DON’T LIKE THIS NEW LAYOUT. Why did you change it? I just want to log on and have my dashboard appear in the beginning with all of the stats and important information. This new layout is terrible. Please change it back to the original way it use to be.
