  Nothing loads when I press “MySite” so I cannot edit my page.

  Also nothing loads when I click on live chat, or I try to access the help support form, or even to deactivate my account.

  I would like to close my website, please can you advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, it looks like you have an upgrade on your site, so you should also have access to Live Chat (when available) and otherwise direct email support when you post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact They can help you to remove the plan and/or domain from your account.

  If the page does not load for you, you might also try logging out of WordPress.com first, clearing your browser cached and cookies (which will also log you out of every site you are logged into) and then shutting down and reopening your browser.

  Make sure you are allowing javascript and 3rd party cookies in your browser.

  Let us know how that goes.
