My site was infected and now its disappeared

  Google told me I had malware on my site. I ran a scan with Wordfence which confirmed there were issues and then the site just disappeared leaving this message:

  Warning: require(/home/charlesp/public_html/wp-includes/comment.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/charlesp/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 133

  Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/charlesp/public_html/wp-includes/comment.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/charlesp/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 133

  Please can you help?!?!
